I came in late Friday night, took a shower. Noticed a fingernail clipping on my leggings when I got out. Looked in the bathroom and there were nail clippings EVERYWHERE. There was hair in the shower. And a BOOGER on the back of my head board. I called the office the next day, and she told me someone would be in to clean it, and that she was in that room last night and it was clean, which i then responded, no. I was sleeping in there last night. I was there for a week, no one cleaned that entire time. I ran out of toilet paper, had to buy my own. You can hear other people's tvs, and the person above me walked like they were 500 lbs all night.Safety: I heard a gun shot walking in from work one night. So there's that.

The General Manager Sandra and Property Attendant extremely helpful and nice made sure I got into my room and my package Sandra was very processional recommending restaurants near by very clean rooms as well I will be recommending this extended stay to my other colleagues thank you guys!

Let’s start off with saying whoever the property attendant is, is EXTREMELY RUDE, do not ever call and ask her questions because she will act as if it’s an inconvenience to answer. She needs to be retrained. This hotel promises quick Wi-Fi and half the time it does not work, the rooms don’t look like how they are pictured, and you will definitely pay a price for one bed but get a smaller bed.Safety: At least it’s quiet.

Actually a great start relocating to Ohio and a city like Columbus. The room suited it's purpose with the space provided. A few hiccups here and there with small issues and I must say what started out to be frustrating turned out good. The GM and maintenance was very helpful and resolved any issues and concerns Promptly. The one issue I found with long-term stay concerning is receiving packages here, as the office is not always open due to the staff caring for the facility as well as front desk. This causes the office to be closed during open hours time where the deliveries are left at office door. In one for me was 200 dollar pair of shoes that disappeared, however they were delivered after hours of operation. The team here is GREAT and they do work their bottoms off to ensure safety and cleanliness. Much appreciated to All of you from the Both of us. May God continue to Bless each one of you.

This hotel is amazing due to Dwight the maintenance manager and Melissa the cleaning lady. They always have a smile on their faces and are always there to help no matter how big or small the issue is. The hotel is very clean and quiet. I love it!

I will never go back to this property, and I question staying at this brand based on my experience.There was no phone in my room when I arrived. The maintenance guy brought me a phone, but the outlet didn't work, and he told me he would "make a call" to get it fixed. It was never fixed.I had to make multiple calls to their tech support line over the course of three days to get the wi-fi working. Both the phone and the wi-fi are under an additional daily charge as a technology fee, but I didn't get my added value out of these services.The outlet in the kitchenette did not work. This was never fixed as the property had no GFCI outlets to replace the broken oneThe shower head sprayed water out of the pipe connection, and he had no Teflon tape to put around the threads of the shower head. I ended up fixing the shower head myself and gave the maintenance guy the almost brand new roll of PTFE tape so that he could fix the other rooms that had reported the same issue.I reported all of these issues to the maintenance person, and he was unable to fix any of the problems.Rooms: Several of the rooms were under renovation, and the construction on several days started very early. The loud banging and sawing made it very difficult to enjoy my time there.Nearby activities: There is nothing nearby.Safety: Exterior doors are properly open, and there are no signs to warn against or prohibit this activity.Walkability: Make sure you have a vehicle.Food & drinks: Once again, there is nothing nearby. Make sure you have a vehicle.

I came to visit. I like how it is far off from the main road, but I think it would be quieter if they had it away from the freeway as well. It does look a little run down here and there but they seemed to be making renovations during my multiple visits.They should look into getting a pool or a playground for people with kids staying so that way the kids get tired out a d do not potentially disturb the other guests.Parking was okay. Did not seem to have a lot of options. For the most part, the establishment was clean.

The office is supposed to be opened at 11 am, I came in here last night from VA with my family around 7:15pm. Nobody was at the office. There was no post online that explained when the office closes. The entire family had to sleep in a car. It’s 11:21 am now, nobody has opened the office yet. I have a little baby with me that needs to be showered. This is crazy.

So, I almost wrote a bad review when I first got here because there was a little delay on check in but all and all a good experience so far. It's definitely more like a mini apartment than a hotel, which I prefer. The maintenance guy seems pretty cool as long as you don't do anything stupid but I'm guessing that's were most of the negative reviews come from.

Great place to stay for the price. I booked a room on Thursday checked in after work Friday the room I had reserved wasn’t available so they put me in a better room for the same price that week. Well worth the money I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this is by far the best….I’ll be here for the next month or 2

I’ve dealt with Dewight & when I tell you this man does his job!! Listen, this man goes above and beyond. I’ve witnessed him be clocked out of work, get a call and get right back to work with no complaints. Everything he touches gets done right the first time & he gets things done very expeditiously! He alone is the reason I’d come back.
