The place is good, the girl in the office is super friendly and very pretty ?
Careful!!! If you are late for your appointment, because you will have to pay a fine.
Arrival and departure in 3 hours… not very fast, but acceptable…

One hour after check in, still no door assigned. And haven't seen any trucks in doors pull out in that time either, so will be more than an hour to unload when I do finally get one. And it's not like they are full, there's more than 10 empty doors on just one side.

Great employees here. I wish they didn't throw their construction trash near the docks. Made it harder to back in. Other then that I was in and out real fast

They will have your reefer doors open and -10 on reefer but won’t load you for 5+ hours. Stay away from this place !

Check in starts at 0700, by appt times, overnight parking available at north end of building for about 12-14 trucks. Driver check in is in the middle between the docks, door is marked as "truckers entrance". Sign in on clip board and wait at window until helped. Once checked in they will send your lumper out to tell you the door, slide your tandems and open your doors. I had a 0900 pickup and was in my door by 0830, completed loading by 1000. Overall good experience and nice people. Restrooms available inside near driver check in. Street parking is available as well

One of those places with sign posted that will charge you if your behind but they don't care about your schedule picking up LTL and I'm 2 hours past my appointment not in door yet already late for next appointment so they cost you money and time but it seems alright for this kind of stuff to happen in this industry any more so it sucks here

Park at near where the portable toilets are. Walk up door 17. And you will see driver check in. Have your pick-up number ready. And a Very polite lady will tell you what else you need to do after that. The gentleman will come see you at your truck and check the temperature on your reefer. Then tell you what door to go too.Arrived early. Appointment was for 12.15 got in the door at 12(noon).Awesome job keep up the good work.
