DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. As everyone else has been stating, they pack up all your belongings, then charge you double the quoted rates before they will unload it. If you don't pay them, they will take your stuff away, leaving you with nothing. What a great scam! I have been trying to get back the amount they overcharged me for over 6 weeks now through the Better Business Bureau and it's looking like I will be forced to take them to small claims court. Additionally, after the move was complete, my wife pointed out a new gouge in our leather couch. The mover then wrote the issue on our "Pre-move Inventory of Blemished Items" document in an attempt to remove any responsibility on their part. Integrity is not First here...

Integrity purposefully quotes customers below what they believe the actual cost will be. They stress "hourly based service", so they can use that to justify why the bill is higher at the end of your move. They have a terrible rating with the BBB. They claim that the movers are experienced movers, but most of the employees are guys from a temp. agency who have no experience moving. Of course, no one can be 100% accurate 100% of the time when figuring the cost of a move, but the point is they do not even try to give you the real price upfront.

Integrity First Movers is anything but. They moved my items on August first and lost a box; I asked for the replacement value of the items in the box only and was told it would be processed because they claimed that all moves were insured against lost or damaged goods when I got their quote. Fast forward to a week later, they refused to provide the refund for the lost goods unless I wrote good reviews for them on Angies List, Yelp, and Google+; they basically blackmailed me into giving good reviews and even after doing as they asked, I still have not gotten a full refund for the items lost even though it has been a full month. They respond immediately if you want a quote, but try calling after the move, your emails and calls will go unanswered. Steer clear of these guys.

Let me start off by saying" I dont have the problem w the two guys that moved me persee' ita the company...Why do they say"Integrity" when they have none...I recived a quote for 264.00 which inc 1.5 move fuel mileage etc. even tho they are advertising 59.00 per hr. but I was told since I am moving on sat I wouldnt get that quote...ok so movers load the truck...we get to storage to unload and its time for me to sign so they can unload and they say"384.00' wth and mind u i was suppose to get a military discount...needless to say I was utterly shocked for this is not what we agreed upon and worst yet, I honestly did not have the money....had just started a new job so 264.58 to be exact is all I honestly had in my acct. so they did not unload the truck and left with all my belongings on their truck....I dont even know where to....Kevin was Nasty about it...please dont Ever Use them....I now own nothing all because they lied and misrespresented themselves...was told i would recieve a call in an hr....it is now almost two hrs later no call and of course you cannot reach them either....I know Ive misspelled some words and I apologize I am typing this as I cry....I had a two bedrm apt which was fully furnished except ssec room so u can only imagine what I mean when I say "I lost everything and I dont even know where they took my stuff" STAY FAR AWAY CHEAP ISNT ALWAYS GOOD NOR IS IT ALWAYS CHEAP....BEWARE OF KEVIN WHITE OH AND THEY USE ANOTHER NAME TO...INTERGRITY MOVING LLC OWNED BY MIKE F.!!!

I first used Integrity First Moving on May 31, 2012. When I contacted the company, I hadn’t any experience in using a moving company but the moving specialist, Kevin White, was extremely courteous and professional. He took the time to answer any questions I had about the move and assured me that he would be available whenever I needed to speak with him. On the day of the move two movers arrived before the scheduled time. Upon arrival, they conducted a walk through to get the full picture of what was to be moved. They were courteous enough to remove the wall mounted television from the walls and professional packed my 55 inch television , which the other movers said that they would not move because of the liability issues if something had happened to the television….but not Integirty First !! All of my belongings were tucked away neatly and off they went ! There were two stops with the move, one on the third floor and the last move, on the second floor. Let me tell you: I HAVE NEVER SEEN TWO GUYS IN MY WHOLE LIFE WORK SO EFFICIENTLY ! It was unbelievable on how quick they got me settled in. I was worried that they would “lollie gag” around an take up extra time for extra pay, but that was hardly the case. These two guys (I’m sorry I didn’t get their names) got me and my daughter settled in so quick, she wanted to give them a TIP !! No Joke. I would highly recommend Integrity First Moving, if you ever plan on moving. Integrity is the correct name because they take pride in their work an truly care about their customers. This is one company that stand behind their word. Thank you Kevin White and Mike Federici…YOU GUYS WERE FABULOUS !

I used Integrity First Moving Services for my move on August 3, 2012. This was a long distance move from Cleveland to Toledo. I was nervous at first because I hadn't had great movers previous. The relocation specialist heard all of my concerns and proceeded to set me up with a two man move. The movers arrived the day of the move and they worked hard the entire time. They were friendly and took absolute care for my things. They made the two hour drive without complaint and my things made it to Toledo without any problems.

I hired this company to move our family on 7/19/12. We were estimated it would take 4 hours and cost $412.16. Right off the bat they were almost 3 hours late getting to our house. One of the movers was very kind and professional, while the other, Jay, took long cell phone/ smoke breaks (in the truck with our belongings)! He openly complained about the other mover, yet he was SLOW. It took almost 3 hours for them to load the truck...way too long. We had already moved our "smalls", so all they had was furniture and some boxes. Finally it was time to go to the new house and I led them in my car. They wanted to stop at Speedway for a Gatorade...on the clock...fine. At Speedway, I was told that the total was going to be well over $700. I was very upset and felt cornered. We got to our new house where I told my husband the issue. He went out to question the movers. Jay was the only one talking (the slow one), and he explained that we had to pay cash or they would take our stuff. We needed our stuff...I have 3 kids who needed a bed. We finally said that we would pay them, but with credit card (so we could dispute later). After going back and forth, the movers got in their truck to drive away. We called the police, who thank goodness showed up instantly, and stopped them at the end of our street. Suddenly, Jay is being handcuffed! He has a weapons warrant out for his arrest! Now I feel the company put my family in danger. Come to find out that Jay was paid under the table, and the only way that he would get paid that day for the job was if he collected cash from us! What a scam...when in doubt never pay cash! They did send another mover to come help unload. Nick and Ethan were both very pleasant and worked hard. They even took an hour off of our time. I understand an estimate is an estimate, but to double an estimate...ridiculous! Put my family in possible danger...unacceptable! Please AVOID this company...it is a scam and very unprofessional! Oh, and they will not call me back, go figure!

My experience with Integrity First Moving was awesome. Those guys are very professional and I enjoy how they would move TV's, Sofas, TV Stands and not scratch any walls. I give them 5 stars for job well done.
