Staff said he would look up some tire sizes for me after my appointment request was not going to workout. Staff was nice. No one ever got back ahold of me. Even after he said he still had me pulled up in the computer with all my information.

Really positive experience. Shane was very helpful and listened to my concerns. Got the job done quickly despite having to order a part. He also did not charge me for a small additional repair. Definitely plan to go back!

Been a member for 13 years. Never able to tow my vehicle without paying, rude customer service and I’ll never forget New Year’s Eve night I was left in negative degree weather in downtown Columbus for 5 hours. Worthless.
