Virginia Kennedy is the absolute BEST. She is super busy and let me tell you she is definitely worth the wait. I have filed my taxes with her for the past 7+ years. This woman really knows her stuff.

I have filed with this company for several years but there is always an issue with the NetSpend card. The money never goes through as an issue to check several times. Also the tax preparers are not doing their diligence when there was an issue with my return I was left to handle it by myself even though the fees were over $600 and they reassured and they reassured me I pay those fees so that and they reassured me I pay those fees so that they handle everything. the US Marshals just happened to be in this location at the same time I was in the vicinity I don't know what it was regarding but it could not be good. This company is very fraudulent

Yes. I love going through Liberty Tax. I file with them Every year. They're respectful and professional about everything and I'm going to continue going through them as long as I file taxes!!!!!!
