Selecting a suit for my husband was the best experience at Indochino!! Stephen was a dream to work with and went through every detail in a positive and professional manner. He was personable, funny and wonderful to work with. I'm trying to think of a reason to get myself a suit so I can go back and spend some time with him! Happy Holidays, and thanks for a fun morning!!

I cannot say enough about the experience my fiancé and I had on Saturday. Stephen was not your typical Indochino manager. From the time we walked in the door til the moment we parted ways, he was a gentleman, respectful, and treated us as if we were family. It is not everyday you have opportunity to purchase a custom suit and get a custom experience in the process. If anyone appreciates style, customer service, and the old haberdasher feel this is your place. Stephen does whatever it takes to make you happy! Truly speechless

My fiancé and I had a great experience at this Indochino! Toby was excellent and provided great insight and guidance for our selection. She was very patient and thorough - making sure the measurements were spot on and we were getting exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend.

My fiancé and I scheduled an appointment to get measured and pick out a suit for our wedding. Stephen welcomed us and we had the absolute best experience. He was so helpful, kind, inclusive, and friendly. He asked us so many details about our wedding, what we wanted, about my dress, where we are having it etc. We had the absolute best experience and had so much fun picking out all the details! My fiancé and I both highly recommend Stephen and the Columbus Indochino.

If you are a woman (and with curves), you might have a lot of trouble working with the Columbus indochino people.I ordered a tuxedo suit and a collarless shirt back in early May, where the person who measured me (store manager Stephen Gay) assured me that after the tailoring, the suit would look like a glove. Well—after 4 DIFFERENT REMAKES, comments about touching my b00bs, comments about my body being too big to fit in the feminine silhouette, and comments about people’s genders—a suit fitting like a glove never became true.He never apologized for anything, he was always in the right for fitting me in the wrong suit style or for putting the wrong numbers. And you would think that after making so many mistakes he would take the time to double-check the design and numbers… no. The last suit I got was almost the exact same as the first one because he didn’t check the order. The last time we talked on the phone (where I had to ask for a refund at least 10 times, to the point that I had to cuss at him), he took the liberty to tone-police and to put me on hold…What’s worst is that he really wanted me to wait for my suit to get here before giving my money back. Today I got my suit (10 days away from my wedding) and the suit again needs to be remade by people all the way in China.As a Latina, as a woman with curves, as a queer woman, I do not recommend this place. The treatment I got, the way they made me feel about my body, the lack of a perfect suit for such a special day… everything ruined. And I didn’t even scratch the surface on my experience.

Cannot say enough great things about Stephen! Excellent style, fantastic direction, and so intentional. Book an appt and ask for him, and he will make sure the focus is all on you. He gives advice on details and makes sure you are set up for success.

I booked an appointment online and was 12 minutes late for it because of traffic. The gentleman working was very rude and said I wasn’t respectful of his time so I had to cancel. I arrived, wearing a hoodie and shorts, and I think he looked down up on me even though I make more money than he ever will.

Indochino Easton Columbus Ohio - I purchased 3 suits and shirts recently. The fitting process was very thorough and Stephen Gay was very patient and detailed. A few weeks later the suits arrived and the check in process was easy. Tried them all on, the fit was spot on. There was no need for any alterations at all. Got them pressed at my local dry cleaner and they look great!. I highly recommend Indochino.

Stephen was a great help. Got me all measured for a suit and for dress shirts. And didn’t push or force me into buying something I didn’t need right away. Will for sure go back and get something before the holidays. Also the store at Easton in Columbus was very clean and not overwhelming with products in your face.
