I went in to try and do a walk-in for my eyelashes & the 1st woman asked the other woman if she could and she said I'm booked I asked to make an appointment and she rudely replied & said I don't take appointments. A few weeks ago I had scheduled an appointment with her an was unable to make it. I messaged her letting her know so she wouldn't be waiting around or she could take another person to fill my spot. Which I think is the right thing to do if your unable to make an appointment. So not sure if that was why I got treated like that and was told she doesn't take appointments so basically I was denied service for not being able to make it being a self employed worker is hard long hours for me & things pop up & a family to take care of they come first. I was not rude to anyone but I didn't like how I was treated & I told them I'd take my business elsewhere and it's a little further to drive but it ended up being worth it. So although I wasn't treated like a customer should at least I ended up finding a great place. Will nvr go to this place again.
