Wow!! Top of the line hardware forany budgets and there is a style for everyone too! Customer service was top notch and the ease of working with them was second to none. Went this past weekend to look for pulls and drawers. Currently you have to make an appointment and call when you arrive. I talked with 2 of the employees, both were extremely helpful, not pushy at all, they directed me to a few brands and gave me quick quotes so I could price out the job I was looking at. I plan to order from here but have not done a price comparison anywhere else yet.

I bought a Danze brand kitchen faucet with sprayer from these folks 9+ years ago, back when the place was called Bath & Brass Emporium. This last weekend the sprayer hose sorted to leak. I took the part back in hoping to either buy a replacement or be directed where to find one, preferring not to hassle with a telephone support line or wait a week plus for shipping to get my sink working again. I explained my situation to the courteous young lady at the counter. She popped into the back and a older gentleman came out. After telling him what was going on, he went in the back and brought out a replacement. "Here you go, this should do it. No charge. Have a nice day. " OMG now that's what I call customer support!!! Also a great example for buying local.
