They say the close at 7 but here it is 5:30 and after I’ve been sitting there for a little “sorry we are done for today” like I’ve gotten my nails done before by them even the set I have is from them so it’s really disappointing you can’t honor repeat customers or honor your time you say your operations are.

I have been coming here for years. My family introduced me to Sammy and she has always been very helpful and kind. She always asks about my family and does a great job. If you see anything wrong or ask her to fix anything she will do it. Great prices, good quality, always kind, and accommodating with scheduling.

scheduled an appt with these folks which they paid no regard to whatsoever. Showed up at the scheduled time (there are only 3 people that work there -shared owners of the business) and saw that they took walk in's before me. Scheduling an appt meant nothing to them. They expected me to wait on them. I also had a mani-pedi with them before surgery, no color on my fingers or toes - still charged me full price even though they no didn't perform half the services. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Disregarding a scheduled appt put me over the edge....never again!

I’ve been going to Illusion Nails for well over a decade and everyone there has consistently taken good care of me. I love having my nails done by Sammy, who does a great job; she’s also friendly, funny, and I always enjoy talking to her. Sonny does the best brow clean-up of anyone I’ve ever seen (I lived in NYC for 16 years, so that says a lot!). A great group of hard-working people run Illusion Nails. Highly recommend.

Several years ago I was in a very bad accident and I had to get around on a walker. I came to Illusion for help and I have been a loyal customer ever since. This past week on a visit to see my daughter we stopped by for another amazing service for both of us. Sami crushed it as she always does and we picked up our conversation as though we see each other every month. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. Thank you one and all!!

Crooked nails cut my fingers crooked design uneven nails the one I had said nothing it took 1:30 minutes to do $65 and it looks horrible the girl name Sarah is horrible never pick her.

Those ladies talked bad about a woman after she left. The kicker the nail lady was very nice to this woman's face and from what I gathered she's even a loyal customer and they basically called her stupid for spending so much money with them but not having a car. I checked this place out only because I saw a review that said $35 for a mani Pedi but they have since raised their prices to $45 for a mani Pedi. If you do go here go with Sonny he was respectful, but I did pay halfway through my service while I noticed others did not. The picture is a day after and I definitely go for a natural look which I feel Sonny achieved
