Absolutely awful customer service. Website shows product in stock - drive an hour to get said product. Product is in stock but in the high storage shelves and will not be available on the floor until tomorrow because screw the customer. Can’t get anyone to do their jobs right. Just get the lift and get the product. Not a difficult proposition. Do better Ikea. Last time I’m interested in doing business.

IKEA is so clean and organized. Easy to park and easy to navigate the store.

This was our first time ever visiting an IKEA store. It's huge. They have a play area in the front for customers to shop while their children play and be monitored so they don't get bored while parents are shopping. There's even a large Cafe upstairs. They have a lot of nice items.

I've never been to an Ikea before, so I was actually quite excited for the experience.
The employees are all extremely friendly and helpful. The store is laid out in a logical fashion.
My only issue was the lack of human check out employees. Not everyone wants to do self-checkout all the time.

This place takes you through a time warp. I walk in and walk out the next day. I spend hours at a casual stroll. It's an adventure for the kids too! Constantly changing and always clean. Great food at the upstairs restaurant as well. Affordable but not cheap quality anything. Just an overall vibe. I take trips there often for the kids and it's an hour and a half one way for me.

Website says you can look up receipts for returns at the customer service desk. What I was returning was heavy, got all the way inside for them to tell me to leave and call customer service and come back.

The guy running SCO was so nice and helpful! He let the kids scan “pretend” items in training mode at an unused station to occupy them while my daughter and I checked out. They were getting tired and cranky so we really appreciated his kindness and understanding
