The office staff is not very attentive, they do not explain the process to check in, you need your appointment number to give you access and as for the download, it is fast

First time here,very nice lady inside, got here about an hour before appointment time ,checked in inside,got a door and they started loading as soon as I docked. Would come here again .very smooth today ,plenty of room for backing
