Ordering our team socks through Hype Socks has been so great for our school. It was a quick and simple process working with the sales team, and we received our socks within a week of placing our order! We are super happy with our purchase and love how much it has boosted the school spirit in our building!

Huge amount of hassle all around, lack of customer service, unclear messages, extended wait time to receive my products and check, and final fundraiser amount of $ 16! The socks are ok, but definitely not worth my time!

I ordered Breast Cancer Awareness PINK cross country socks for my son in mid September. When I did not receive them by the beginning of October (Breast Cancer Awareness month), I e-mailed Hype Socks to inquire on the status and was informed that the product would arrive about 1/3 into the month of October. Therefore, I tried to cancel the purchase, which they said they could not do. I finally received the socks on Oct 13th and my son will only be able to wear his PINK socks for 2 cross country meets this year. Although the quality of the socks is good, if I had to do it again, I would not purchase the socks, as they were expensive and arrived late.

Ordered socks through my sons school before the football season started. 4 weeks in and the socks are just now going into production. I reached out and was told that I should get them by the end of the month which is when the season is over. The turn around time here is very long. I asked for a refund and was given a dry, "these are already in production". I had a poor customer service experience.

We ordered socks to match our team basketball uniforms (royal blue, red & white). What I saw when I ordered was the correct colors, but what I received was navy blue, maroon & white. The company wanted we me to pay more to have remade and was willing to give a refund. I reached out to the BBB and my credit card as I wasn’t willing ti pay for something that didn’t match what I ordered. Never buy from them!

Terrible terrible. First, the representative couldn’t get my name correct after three years. Second, never shipped us an order then wanted payment. The one and only year I received an order - the socks run super small and are polyester which made everyone’s feet smell. DO JOT RECOMMEND!

Did an order for my school baseball team that was ran through the players. The stirrups we received were extremely tight that even the smallest players on our team struggled to get the sock on. Once you’re able to get the stirrup on , it is extremely tight to the point where the logo is disfigured because how stretched out the sock is. I initially just asked for a refund and was going to go somewhere else but they insisted they would make a new batch that fixed the problems such as low quality material , stirrup size , visible logo , and all the socks actually matching. I got the 2nd batch of stirrups and the only thing that was fixed was they added an inch or 2 to the sock length. That helped players have the sock actually reach their knee but the material and sock width didn’t change , only a few small players could actually get the stirrup on after a struggle. Everyone else couldn’t fit the stirrup on and the logo was still messed up.After reaching out to the sales team they told me that everything i wanted to be fixed was fixed and they will only be talking to a coach( even though it’s a player driven order with a players name on the order).The sales team blocked my number ( they insisted originally to text them as it was the most convenient), and won’t respond to any emails.This has been an awful experience and grown adults are fleecing $350 from students because they don’t want to acknowledge their mistakes or even have a conversation about it.I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra money elsewhere to get custom socks done as this company has no interest in customer service and more focused on scamming customers.
