Horrible bank. Literally worst experience ever. My kids dad died so they got life insurance checks. I deposited in my banks account a week ago and still don’t have access to it. This bank has locked me out my account. I have been to the bank 5 times because they said I didn’t sign the checks then asked me to bring my 6 and 8 year old in to sign the checks then asked me to turn in their birth certificate. I’ve done all that and they told me to wait 48 to 72 hours for documents to be reviewed. I’ve waited still nothing. It’s bad enough my kids lost their father but to hold up the only thing they have left is ridiculous. I never seen such a slow moving company for them to have so many branches and employees. I’m taking my money and closing this account. I literally haven’t gotten anywhere with these people. I will advocate ever chance I get not to bank with this company

This branch is a joke. It's phone never once answered and after leaving a message for call back, not once ever has anyone called me back. A few tellers are helpful at best and the manager is never available to talk to or help you with what you need.

I find it pretty unprofessional of the branch manager Rick to decide to go outside and start picking up trash in the parking lot when he sees there is a line of over 10 frustrated patrons waiting. I counted over 5 who walked out. Clearly the single Teller on duty was in the weeds and it should be Management who steps up to help.

Polite service, but I experienced a deceitful, possibly vindictive banker and they've got a confusing layout inside the bank itself. Better protection from the elements atop of the ATM machine outside would also be nice, but you have to constantly remember that no one is ever perfect and most people don't even want to try.

Terrible Customer Service! I cannot walk, however, the bank is insisting that I do. I need to close an account, but cannot walk into the bank and cannot get anyone on the phone but a robot. A few times, I've been forwarded to the manager, and I've left voicemails, but she never returns my call. If you don't want a hassle, choose an online only bank. Definitely don't choose the Huntington!
