I had a very difficult transaction I had to make today. Connor was so helpful and gracious to me. He helped me with the transaction and even asked how I was doing thru this process. He should be recognized for his excellent customer service.

The people that work here are nice, but the drive through is TERRIBLE there is never anyone in the drive through room, only one lane opened and I have to sit forever before anyone comes to help. Before COVID the drive throughs ran like they were made to do. Now they are just terrible. I’ve been coming to this location for years now and they are always under staffed

My father has had a good relationship with Huntington for over 50 years. He spent hours and hours with his attorney to make the end of his life as easy as possible for me with a trust in his name and a trust in my mother's name that have been on file with Huntington for over 13 years. My dad legally made me power of attorney last fall when he knew that he was dying of cancer. Now that his last few weeks are coming to a close and his mind is failing, I took the power of attorney to the bank to have myself added as power of attorney and Huntington REFUSED it. I am listed as Trustee and Executor (upon his death) of both trusts that are on file with the bank. It is Huntington's bank policy that the trust and the power of attorney documents need to " talk to each other" and refer to the other in the document. My power of attorney, which is much more recent, mentions the trust but the trust made up 13 years ago, doesn't mention the power of attorney. It has left me powerless to take of his financial affairs until my father actually passes. Huntington's bank policy has made my life very difficult in an already very painful time. This is unforgivable.

Excellent knowledge, excellent customer service. I had been to 8 branches of 3 different banks trying to open a specific sort of trust. These people had the know-how and were very professional and service-oriented!

I'm suing Huntington bank for Theft and Fraud. They do not stand behind their customers through instances of identity theft and fraud. Your money is not safe with Huntington. Do not bank with them and pull your money out. They sent me 10 letters saying that information I provided was inconsistent with other information leaving me with no recourse to get my money back for 3 charges I did not make but to sue.COUNT 1 - FRAUDPlaintiff has a bank account where the bank is under obligation to give compensation for unauthorized card usage in the event of fraud. And the bank entity did not hold to their responsibility behaving negligently. TheDefendant demonstrated negligence in the client-bank partnership by conducting its practices willfully, maliciously, knowingly and negligently. It is common knowledge that your bank should refund any money stolen from you as a result of fraud and identity theft. The reason the public trusts their money with banks is that it carries the widely known about implication that the money will be safe under their care and here it was not.COUNT 2 - THEFTThe Defendant demonstrated theft by taking money and not standing by and representing the Plaintiff through the fraudulent disputes. The money was taken willfully and maliciously knowing that the Plaintiff was not in Las Vegas where the charges occurred. The Defendant took the full amount of the money willfully and with intent not to provide any compensation rendered for no service or product that was received with Plaintiff having no knowledge that the charges were occurring in Plaintiff's absence. The Defendant is in violation and breach of the client and bank fiduciary duty tofail in its bank responsibilities that are publicly known to all.DAMAGESWHEREFORE, Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages in the amount of $678.75 plus court costs for noservice or product received for fraudulent transactions done in Las Vegas, NV while the Plaintiff was home inNorthern MI that Huntington Bank holds a responsible of refunding. The Plaintiff is willing to take a lie detector test proving that she had no knowledge of the transactions if Huntington will pay for it at $150

I'm a loyal customer of this banking system for over 40 years. I recently had to dispute a charge and I cannot tell you how wonderful the banker who assisted me was. I was distraught and scared of what may happen. He was patient, reassuring, and kind. I'm grateful to for the teller team that assisted me with my understanding of what other steps I needed to do. With all the crooks and scammers out there, it's nice to know that your bank has great people who are kind, knowledgeable, and honestly want to help. Thank you.

Car was repossessed after missing two payments on a loan that was close to being paid off. A bunch of ridiculous fees were added to the loan to get the car back. Never using them again and will definitely not be recommending to family and friends.

Most unhelpful bank I've ever been associated with. Having motor issues wanted to add money to my loan to help pay and unlike my last multiple banks they have turned down any kind of help I've needed. Where most banks would step right up to help.

I closed an account with Huntington and they claim my ending balance check is "undeliverable" to my single family home. I have called them three times to fix this, and their only suggestion was "change your address." I hope someone will work with me to fix it, because this is ridiculous.
