This banks atms are always unreliable , and not just that they never tend to fix any issues these useless machines ever have. From keeping your card, your cash, replying you have an overdraft etc always something with this place. Either get on top of your issues or shut it down completely

Easily one of the slowest banks
There's always only one person working the drive thru. No reason ppl should be sitting in line for over 30 45 minutes. Going inside is no better. Just go to giant eagle

Came to the ATM on Georgesville Road to deposit a check at 930pm
The ATM took the check then said it couldnt read the check and to take it back only to keep the check. After calling the 1800 number at 7am the next day I was told to go to the bank,they have the key to thr ATM. I came and a man is helping me. If thats what you want to call it. He has the key to the ATM but is on his computer and is typing away. I simply ask if we can retrieve the check and was rudely spoken to and am continuing to be rudely spoken to. This mans name is gonna be added. I havent been so pissed in a long while. Been here 15 minutes and we still havent gone out to open the damn machine and retrieve the check.. Okay so the banker Deven Dean informs me they cant just open the damn machine and get the check. They follow procedure and file a complaint and we wait till whomever reviews all the checks from the ATM before I can get the money deposited. It could take up to 3 days. SORRY in a condescending manner. I am so tired of being given the run around. Time to start looking for another bank. Keep in mind the 1800 number customer sevice rep never mentioned anything about procedures she said they have a key and will retrieve the check. Such poor customer service. I am very disappointed with this bank.

I had a great interaction with Ashley and Shawna today. Despite being very busy and short staffed, both of them kept their cool and helped each customer with a smile, even the ones who definitely didn’t deserve it.On a separate note, I agree with most of these other reviews regarding long wait times. It’s pretty ridiculous to only have two tellers working on the first of the month at any given time of the day. Whoever is running this branch, needs to get it together and do some hiring, or get behind the counter themselves to help their staff.

This location gets a bad reputation, due to the wait time. I'm not sure if others know or understand this location now has help more customers because of surrounding closed branches. Tellers seem to be bankers meaning more work load. I will say the bankers typical are sitting in their offices looking at a computer but not on company phones. I asked a banker for a statement and was told they can help you up there. I heard conversations and the ending results was they will help you up there. Mind you line is long and banker had know one his office the whole wait time I was there, 30 to 45 mins. The wait was worth it. The teller that helped me was very pleasant and professional. Thanks Shay for help and recommendation.

The Huntington bank on Georgesville rd is the slowest bank I've ever seen was there 1 16 24 only 2 tellers and about 12 people in line stood there 45 minutes. One of the tellers was helping a customer get Direct deposit started instead of a Personal banker. They need to hire some help because I'll never visit that bank again.

Very poor and slow service. Three attendees however, two talking and only one is working and that to slowly. Waited 35 minutes and left with service uncompleted.

I used the ATM attached to the building and tried to get $500 from my cash app card. The ATM machine pulled the money from my card but didn't dispense my money. So I go inside after I was told by a lady in the drive through that it took her money as well. Also a employee at the bank stuck her head out of a door on the side of the building and said don't use the ATM because it is not working properly. I told her to late I already used it and it didn't give me my money, that when I went inside. This happened on November 20 2023 at 10:14 am and I'm still trying to get my money.

It's Saturday morning. I'm trying to make a small cash withdrawal. Both atms are down and they have 1 person working all drive thru lanes. This is the only branch on the entire west side and they can't even keep it open. It's always like this. 24 minutes to do what should take less than 3. I think Huntington is in bad shape and I'm going to PNC.

Very bad experience with this location. The tellers are horrible the line is up to outside all the time. Tellers look miserable and specially the lady with curly hair and her necklace chain looks like a form of people. Rolled her eyes when I tried to verify what she said. This location is horrible with customers service and this is mainly because of unfriendly and no hustle tellers. U was in line for 45mins and this happened 10/3/23 around 230pm got out there at 325pm .
