I don't understand why we stay with a bank that you have to wait on hold for up to an hour to speak with someone about poor customer service at a local branch. The worst location that I know of is in Bryan Ohio. So slow are these lady tellers and the people sit in their office when there are 6 or 7 people standing in line.

Very Nice People. I needed some notarized copies done and my bank (Chase) wouldn't provide this service. I went to Huntington and they helped me and my wife out, which is something that even my own bank wouldn't do.
