Terrible establishment! Taking advantage of elderly people who get their account hacked! Especially after being a loyal customer for years! How dare you do this to people

Not sure how their refund process is out of the 1800s. They can't do a transfer to your account but instead have to mail you a check. Complete scam of a company. Avoid.
