I have used them in the past and I have had a positive experience. I would like to continue using them but my biggest issue is that it costs entirely too much for students to file with them. They need to offer student discounts.

everything!! chong shemenski is superior at her job. she is professional through and through, knowledgeable and patient. she did not rush me and was very patient with me as i am very hard of hearing. she made doubly sure that every thing was correct and all that i received the right refund and my taxes were reported as required. i will recommend H&R block to anyone looking for a tax preparer and will always use them.
