No concept of an appointment. Got in early for a noon appointment and was told it would be at least an hour wait and that I should come back later. Got back at 1:30 and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Won't be back next year.

Not a great experience. I was quoted one price and ended up paying way more. They were not friendly. No one greeted me for at least 30 minutes. When no one else waited in the waiting room.
