Terrible service, First time i have used H&R Block and i doubt i’ll use them again. The Person who done my taxes was unprofessional, eating her breakfast and dripping ketchup down her top. Was talking about other Customers to Customers she was already with. Sent me out after 2 1/2 hours to come back after she was Finished with the 2 walk in people.

Patricia at H and R Block Franksway really made my day. She was super friendly. Extremely passionate about her job and getting you every last penny. She made me feel comfortable and very relaxed. She did an amazing job explaining everything to me and never missed a beat. She was on top of her job. Which is the type of people I like going to.
