This location sucks probably the worst experience I’ve ever had and the people are rude and uneducated and very misinformed I shouldn’t have to call this location several times just to know what is even going on when I filed IN PERSON!!! Avoid at alll cost and their fees are outlandish, they put my refund on an emerald card instead of my bank account!!!!!!

My tax pro was adjusting to the new tax software used in filing for 2023 tax year, although we found discrepancy in the amounts he was diligent in correcting the issues and done very well. He was also very nice, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Do recommend⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
