“This place is in a great location, in downtown of Columbus. It's on a strip walking distance from the most amazing food places. We came for a festival, and were greeted, everyone is respectful, professional and friendly. There's about 11 floors I believe. Semi-ok Fitness center, 2 peleton bikes and treadmill with some dumbbells. Only complaint is room service only came by once, not sure how that works. Otherwise the rooms have a cool frat house kind of vive”
“Rooms are clean, standard affairs. Small flat screen. My only gripe with the room is the. mattresses here are very bouncy. Any time someone moves it feels like a boat rocking. The pool area is great. Nice hot tub, it didn't make me itchy. The 530 snacks and drinks rule, don't miss, plus it's really cool seeing a hotel's worth of people chilling in the lobby. They have a soda fountain and coffee available at all times. The breakfast is the best around. All around the best family hotel in the Columbus area. My kids love it.”

“This was a 5-star experience for me. Stayed here for 10 days. Rooms are nice, well kept, and clean. Always quit at night even with the interstate nearby. There was always staff on hand to answer questions or to assist if there was a problem.
Great amenities on site, pantry, pool house, patio with fire pit, pergola with grill, on-site free laundry, gym, and much more. Daily breakfast bar, Monday thru Wednesday there was a small food bar for snacks and light eating.
The rooms are very spacious, with a kitchen, living space with a large couch, and a walk-in shower. I hope I get the chance to stay here again. It's comfort at its best.

“Best breakfast selections ever. Consuelo kept it well stocked and neatly cleaned. I had a hard time packing back up and it took so much longer than I anticipated (due to getting food poisoning at Texas Roadhouse the 1st night we stayed there. I did not mention this to Cindy, the lady behind Best Western counter) and they were very thoughtful to check our room before we left and they found cell phone charging cords we forgot and left behind. They were understanding about my daughter and I checking out much later and did not charge us an extra day! Cindy was extremely cordial and professional as was all of her staff. Consuelo was very impressive in her duties! I'd love to go back there next the chance I get. Thank you Best Western! Nice clean, quiet place!!! ? ?

“The room is extremely large & spacious. A comfortable bed & couch, full stocked kitchen & even a closet. For the price alone you get so much! Along with great channels :) you can’t hear anything from other rooms. You can open the windows which is awesome for fresh air.
The AC isn’t in the best but it certainly try’s. Along with you only get 2 towels so I would ask for some extras when checking in.
Other than that great value & great stay.
Safe location & polite front desk. I was very satisfied with my stay.”

“We took my mother-in-law there for her birthday. We had a very good dinner at Brew Brothers. The prices were good and the portions they gave us were really good. We went to do a few of the races. The track is amazing. Its one of my favorite tracks. We went and played some slots. They have a nice assortment of games to play. We had a great time.”

“A good deal for the money, especially considering the motels next door charge 40-50 dollars more. Staff very friendly and room was clean. A nice Asian buffet and a Cracker Barrel a short walk away. They also had a spot for me to park my utility trailer.

“I've read some of the reviews and can only agree with the positive one because my stay has been very good. Everything works and the grounds are litter-free. The lobby is bright and inviting, the coffee is good, and Sonal, who is at the front desk during peak hours (which is a good choice), is the kind of woman you want to work with; she has a warm, friendly personality and takes care of things very efficiently. I have no complaints.

“The room was nice for it haven kitchen definitely. The housekeeping never knocked on doors and told me I had to wash my own sheets and comforter big blanket myself i had to call number hanging.on door window.
I understa d wash my own clothes but not there sheets blankets and there towels i had to do. I was there for 2 weeks I seen person in the off 2 tes outta 2 weeks all day Noone office was closed. Never had any house keeper clean my room.not even once

“The place was great. To me it was quiet and relaxing. The acting manager was great. With any place there will be minor things because everyone doesn’t follow the rules especially no smoking. I did smell cigarettes and weed. That is hard to police. I give two thumbs up!Rooms: They were quite sufficient for my needs. The wi-fi was good. Great cable selection. Would consider living there.Food & drinks: There were some nice restaurants nearby and plenty of fast food available.”

“I’ve been at this place for about three months now and the managers the workers are polite their respectful they’re even nice to my kids. They even call them into the office and give them candy and say hi to them and talk to them! It’s a very well clean place and I enjoy staying here.”
“Our group recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a car show, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Mike, the general manager, and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, resourceful, and accommodating from the moment we arrived.
Despite the challenging conditions, they did their best to make sure there was parking for everyone in our group and the hotel. Their dedication to ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay was evident in every interaction.
The rooms were in good condition, the amenities top-notch, and the overall atmosphere welcoming. Honestly, the only reason I would suggest not staying here is to ensure there are enough rooms for our group next year!

“KIMBERLY the front desk representative was AMAZING!!!! She was pleasant every time I interacted with her, which were several times regarding food and location of different places. I initially called the front desk for information regarding breakfast and from that time on she addressed me by name.I did not have a vehicle so she was so gracious in accommodating me for food and pointing me in directions that I could walk. I did not have to even give her my name again, she immediately remembered our call and just was so pleasant to interact with and soooooo very helpful not just with me but I witnessed her interacting with other guests.I must also say every employee I ran across in this hotel treated me and was very kind.”

“The first day here was a bit rocky. The elevator wouldn't go to the lobby we had to walk from the 2nd floor down. Not a big deal for me, but a serious issue for handicapped individuals.
We also didn't have hot water until the next day. They did fix it promptly though and it was scalding hot so that's great!
I'm mostly reviewing because Matt at the front desk was exceptional. He accommodated all of our needs no questions asked with a great attitude. Matt is a valuable asset to your company.
Otherwise, nice rooms and great Air Conditioning to keep you comfortable and avoid the muggy summer air. Thanks!”

“Cool theatre!
Came here for a special screening of channel 5/Andrew Callahagn's new movie. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The concessions were alright, kinda pricy. The seats in the upper balcony were tight and not tall people friendly. I hope I can come back for another event in the future.”
