They sold me a super bad product, it was old, super bad, I don't recommend anything from here.
They didn't even solve it, they told me that they won't return my money nor did they exchange me for another one, which is disgusting.

I'm a hookah head. I rarely go out to the hookah bars anymore because my dog can always invite my dog at my own house. That's a plus. Been going to Hookah Rush for years but this was the first time I had been in since the store went from a closet to a whole master suite. Dope atmosphere. Shisha selection is on POINT! I've been traveling and have been trying to find something good like what they have in Europe. I was thrilled to see that they had some stuff that's available stateside that I hadn't seen before. So I get to talking to one of the sales associates. And about 5 minutes into the convo, he points out the Vyro One hookah and said it smoked like a charm. I can't remember his name but he had me convinced to try it out. He got me set up and I was outta the door with more than I came in for but it's part of the lifestyle so I was game. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS SMOKE!!!! It smokes like a dream. Im going to play with different bowls to see if I can get an even better smoke out of it but yeah, that thing HITS! It fits in my cup holder in my truck. I've now smoked it twice in there. NOT WHILE DRIVING! Don't burn holes in your seats and come for me. Absolutely not. Hookah Rush is back in my #1 spot for hookah supplies in Columbus, OH. If you get a chance to get in for a visit, it's worth it! And to the guy I talked to in store for the plug on this new glorious portable device, God Bless you good sir!

We have only been here 3 times in 4 years (not from around that area) and it doesn't matter who's behind the counter we get amazing service. They always have a wide selection with flavors, name brands and coals. If you want a store that truly specializes in hookah and not just another smoke shop there isn't a better place that I've been to.

Love, love, LOVE this store! It's clean and they have a wide selection to choose from. The owner is super nice and helpful, and my experience is always pleasant everytime I shop there. I HIGHLY recommend!

Love this store, significant amount of hookah tobacco and herbal shisha brands from everywhere in the world. Prices are fine too. They have the majority of charcoal brands out there of all different types and styles. They have a good selection of premium hookahs of all different types of styles and brands. They have a decent selection of your typical accessories too The staff is cool and welcoming the moment you step thru the door. My biggest pet peeve is that there's glass cases seperating you from the hookah tobacco and even if you have decent eye sight it's difficult to see what brands and flavors your looking at. Especially the back corner where you stand about 10 feet from those brands and is impossible to see them at all. However none of that truly matters because the staff will be standing right there and will be more then happy to tell you if you ask which ones there is of course. Some brands have a little card on they give to the store that tells you about the flavors they have and if he has one for that brand if you ask him to see if he'll get it for you. For a price reference, my favorite brand to get there is Mazya which only goes for 2.99 for a 50 gram box, so the prices are nice. He has a lot of the major brands and some not so major ones too. I highly recommend this place!
