The Home Depot in East Columbus serves the local community with a wide range of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies. It aims to support customers in both home improvement and gardening projects, whether big or small. The store is often well-stocked with the items customers need, and staff members are generally available to answer questions and provide assistance. For example, one employee from the garden section went above and beyond by helping locate a difficult-to-find product and retrieving it from a high shelf, demonstrating dedication to customer satisfaction. However, experiences vary. Some customers find the store to be a typical big box with a broad selection, though occasionally items are unavailable. Customer service, especially regarding installation and product support, is sometimes disappointing; there are reports of long wait times, unhelpful responses, and issues with installation services, leading some customers to prefer other stores like Lowe’s. Online ordering is also criticized for being unreliable. Parking can be challenging at times, adding to customer frustration. Despite some negative experiences, the store generally provides a convenient option for DIYers and professionals seeking home improvement supplies. The staff's willingness to assist and the store’s broad product range make it a useful resource, though improvements in service quality could enhance the overall experience.
But ya'll need to take the dude taking surveys to chill out. He's getting passive-aggressive trying to guilt shame me every time I go in. Like calm the heck down, I did your survey in December.

Typical big box store. Has generally a lot of what it has, though maybe not what you need. Have bought some tools there but then they stop carrying them even though still produced for example Porter cable.

Usually a HD within close proximity. Almost never fail to find what I need for DIY projects. Almost always can find someone who can answer questions.
