Meh has ONP quiet at night. Arrived almost a day early to appt. No trucks at the docks. Guy in forklift Made me wait till appt time. They wont take you early. Other than that. 6:30 appt empty by 7:50

Got an 8:30am appointment. Went to check in at 8:23. Was rather rudely told to check back in at 8:35. I saw the reviews and went over closer to the appointment time.They're just sitting in their personal vehicle outside not doing anything. They acted like I offended them by trying to get checked in and just do my job. Come to find out they take their break from 8:20am - 8:35am.

Loaders are Incompetent. They had skids stacked inside of each other’s transmissions fallen out and fluid on the floor from it. no regard for equipment.

My experience was pleasant! Arrived at 06:00, appointment at06:30, out at 08:30! Plenty of room not sure if they allow onp!

Door 66 check in. Appointment 11.30am, got here by 10am they will make you wait until 11.30am to give you a dock. Unloaded by 12:30

Don’t come before your appointment time. receiving office guy are mad and rude not a single truck in the doors and they would not unload me.

Arrived early on an 8am appointment and was immediately put into a door to unload. I was there at most 30 minutes before I got my paperwork and was on the road again. There is plenty of room to negotiate backing in although it would be nice if more doors had painted lines.

Do not show up early. They are strictly by appointment and will rudely make that clear to you if you do, regardless of whether you're the only one there or not. They don't seem to be too bad about unloading quickly but no matter how early you show up you will not get a dock until that appointment time.

TRUCKERS BEWARE. By the far the worst place I have you ever been to in my 10 years of working in this business. Was supposed to deliver in April, driver got into an accident so they rescheduled for a month later. Got there today and they decided not to tell anyone that they can’t take freight this week and to come back next month. Will be my last time ever coming here. What a joke, I would avoid doing business with this place at all costs.

We had a delivery for them this morning.Our driver was late due to route 80 being closed due to an accident for 4 hours. This receiver rescheduled our delivery appointment for a mont later and would not unload our driver. They do not accept the load to be taken to a crossdock facility either so basicly we are stuck with the load. Think twice before booking a load delivering here. I've been in this business for over 10 years and have never encountered this before.
