This community is in a great location and their leasing office staff are impeccable. The apartments are clean and updated. Austin helped me and my husband through the entire process and answered the many questions we threw at him. We can’t wait to move in and enjoy our new home.

I would like to thank Zac for his amazing customer service. From the time we walked in, Zac made us feel welcomed. He was very open with us and went through all of their options. Even though they are under construction and working to update the apartments, I would recommend this community for people who are starting out!

Ive live in Hilliard village for about 5 years now. In the beginning, my family and I had problem after problem, too many too count. One City has recently taken over this complex and has made a completer turn around! Everything has been getting fixed, renovated and just overall better. In 5 years weve been through 4 different places attempting to buy this complex and One City has been the one who has stayed and made it change for the better. My family and I were stuck in an apartment that was falling apart for years, Kristin and Katelyn were amazing in helping us relocate to a new unit for our family and they moved quickly and efficently, even with my constant bothering! Lol but everyone has been amazing. thank you!

I’m new in the area of Columbus having to move here due to my job. I found Hilliard village apartments with a reasonable rate and nice amenities that I had access to for being a tenant. The office has some of the most helpful staff members like Zac who is so helpful and kind and very informative. These apartments are furnished with appliances and very reasonable in rent very nice quiet hidden community that is perfect for my daughter and I

Was new to the area and considered Hilliard Village. Found somewhere that fit me a little better, but the staff was very friendly/helpful and the property is definitely on the up and up. I would definitely consider Hilliard Village again in the future!
