Decent spot sorta felt like the woman at the front desk was rude but maybe she was just having a bad morning or just hates her job. The car was nice though an got great fuel mileage. It was a Toyota corolla.

This place is a joke ! The people who work there are completely incompetent ! My husbands truck was hit . The other persons insurance should have been billed, hertz never told us we had to oay upfront then get money from insurance co. 8 months goes by and they call and say we owe $500.00. I tell them I’m not paying it . Get it from insurance co. Then see a charge for $902.00 . They took it upon themselves to charge my card. I would never use this company again! Horrible customer service and experience!!!!

Rental car through my insurance because of an accident was an easy experience to pick up and to drop off. I will definitely use them over Enterprise any day!

Hertz quickly helped into a rental car last minute. The branch manager was accommodating and friendly.Cons: no after hour car drop off.

+1 (614) 351-1570 1535 Georgesville Rd Columbus, OH 43228 United States I called 3 times today at 3:30 pm before they were even about to close. Each time they quickly answered placed me on hold for 2 minutes and then the line would disconnect. I finally was able to leave a voicemail after they closed just letting them know the rental had been dropped off at the body shop because my car was finished early. I understand how much people want to leave work on a Friday at the end of the day, but just shocked at the lack of customer service from this location.

Hertz really saved the day for me recently, when another rental car company left me stranded. This location is right down the street from Caliber Collision (where my car was being repaired) and the Hertz folks were able to set me up with a peppy Nissan Altima for three weeks. I should have just chosen them in the first place! I'm so grateful for their kindness.

Stephanie did her best to get me into a car fast when I needed it. Other rental places did not have anything available. She was pleasant and helpful.

Guy was super rude and made us call our insurance to verify and still gave us a hard time. Never had this issue with any other car rental places. Probably never using Hertz again bc of him. Enterprise has better service.
