Hertz inappropriately charged us for an extra day. We picked up a vehicle at the end of day on a Friday (so we obviously did not use it the entire day) and when we returned it 5 periods of 24 hours later (which most car rental companies such as Avis refer to as a “day”), they charged us for a 6th day. I expressed my concern for their odd way of calculating car rental days but they dismissed my concern. So we used it for less than 120 hours (5 days by time) but they ripped us off by charging for 6 calendar days instead.
I tried to follow the link as below but nothing happened. However, I did receive an email from them earlier indicating they were ignoring my concern.

5 stars for the Hertz team (Calob and Cash) you guys did a stellar job! Easy to work with, great communication and you saved me when Enterprise screwed me over and left me hanging at the last minute. The cost for a Hertz rental ended up being cheaper than Enterprise as well. I absolutely recommend Hertz! Great job guys! Thank you very much!

The lady who was working was very rude. She was on the phone when we walked in and made a rude comment about us walking in to whoever she was talking to. I apologized for showing up as soon as they opened (which i shouldn't have because that is their business hours) and all she said was "yeah". I showed up at 8 when they opened and she acted like we were bothering her. The guy who was there working seemed to be very pleasant. Too bad he wasn't the one helping us out. Definitely will not be returning here. We left and ended up going to budget car rental with no problems.

I would avoid this location. I was overcharged by hundreds of dollars and despite multiple calls they haven't budged on the issue. Very dissatisfied with Byers and this office. Impossible to get ahold of management.

Scam Scam Scam. Given a car with a chipped windshield. Was told there were no other cars available. Due to the fact that my car was in service at KIA I had no other choice. KIA set up the rental so I was unable to go somewhere else. Upon returning the car to KIA (in the same shape I received it) I figured everything was fine. Six weeks later I was sent a bill for $800 for a windshield replacement from a third party service company. When I called to challenged the charge I was told I would receive a call back because it would take a long time to find my paper file to verify my claim. I never received a call back so I figured everything was taken care of. This week I was sent a letter stating I still own $800 for a windshield. This place is a total scam. I would not recommend renting a car here. They apparently make up fake charges and have no accountability.

Wrongfully billed 50 for no reason whatsoever even after I asked the short haired female (in person, she was rude too) if I'm going to be fee'd because I couldn't rent the car. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Scammers! They don’t tell you the full details about tax and charged my mom $147. Nothing was wrong with the rental, they just wanted to find little details so they can charge you. Never renting here again. I suggest people to find another rental place 100% trustworthy

Horrible people,Charged me $75 for dust saying I smoked in the vehicle when I didn’t. Asked them to show me they point to the window seal where dust comes when you lower the window. What do you expect when you drive with the windows down. They were rude and not friendly charging for a cleaning fee when the car was not dirty, no scent no nothing. Do not go to this hertz! They also refused to do passenger drop off when I had just had them pick me up the following week. Always go with enterprise.
