Double check all of your information including payment forms. My last rental was charged to the wrong card. Still trying to get that corrected with no luck.

P.S. I see there are numerous one star reviews on here for the same thing! I sure wish I had read them BEFORE renting and getting gouged for $586 of stuff I didn't do!!!!!! I also contacted Hertz corporate to let them know that this branch is losing customers for them left and right. It's apparently a huge SCAM.

Dealing with Hertz Vandalia, Ohio location was a NIGHTMARE. Alyssa, the Mgr was rude, dismissive and vindictive. NEVER AGAIN! Customer BEWARE!!
