Property Management is unresponsive and incompetent. I've been dealing with pests in my home for several months with no resolution. Response time takes anywhere from 3 days to 3 months. You can't get anyone on the phone directly, they send you to an answering service. I would not recommend anyone rent from them, or any property owners use them for management.

I will just start by saying, Michele Cleary is amazing!
She was a creative thinker and calming influence when times got tough during our moving process...and trust me, every move will have challenges.
My husband and I recently completed a new build home in Blacklick OH, and let’s jusy say, we faced our fair share of surprises throughout the process.
The only reason we were able to see it through and finally move into this beautiful house is because of Michele’s persistence and devoted assistance.

Katie McCann was the best realtor we have worked with (of three, in different cities) and helped us buy a house in a hot sellers' market for under the asking price during a one weekend visit. Despite the inherent stress of the circumstances, we could not have been happier with how smooth and calm the process felt. My husband and I purchased our first home through Sarah in 2016. She was great to work with! She was very flexible with meeting times and took us through the process with ease. She was super knowledgeable regarding the process and walked us through each step with such patience and kindness no matter how many questions we asked.
The market was particularly fast moving when we were looking but she didn't let those external pressures rush us. She always gave us ample time to discuss among ourselves and think it over.

Destin did a great job of presenting his plan to sell our home but also involving us in what our wishes and needs were. Our home went on the market the day we left for vacation and he took care of things from there! He was very responsive and communicated with us to keep us informed While we were away. We received our first offer within days and eventually sold for over asking price! I highly recommend Destin to sell your home!
