I have seldom experienced a more thoughtful, thorough, and professional service related experience as I have the Germain VWs Service department. Dan Cornell has been an amazing service advisor. He is punctual and well versed in all matters related to my vehicles maintenance issues and VWs warranty policies. He is preemptive with issues and sincerely cares about my families needs when mitigating any issues related to my new vehicle purchase with Germain. I would recommend any VW customers seek him out as a resource/stakeholder in your ownership journey with this company.

Would have given them a 5 star but just fell short of adding the fine details. The staff was very responsive and easy to talk to. They even offered to deliver the vehicle which was nice. The opportunity's while simple, could make the difference in the overall experience. Example the delivery was very brief which I preferred, but I would have thought they would have offered to go over some of the features of the vehicle when executing the delivery. Also, there were more than one suckers left, and the even some glue on the outside of the vehicle where stickers were. The vehicle should have been detailed before delivery. Overall I would recommend working with Germain VW of Columbus, and Justin our sales rep was a please to work with.

Very friendly and helpful staff at Germain Volkswagen. I recommend them for anyone needing or wanting a new or used vehicle. The next time I'm in need of car, I'll stop there first. My only complaint is that it was such a long, time consuming process. No fault of the dealership, just the buying/financing process is what it is.

We had a great experience! We lived 2.5 hours away and Jacob helped me with any and all questions I had before making the trip there to purchase our car. Helped us get the best interest rate that we could and a beautiful car! Made my first time car buying experience great! Would drive there again to purchase a car.

The best and smoothies experience I’ve had while looking to purchase a vehicle. working with Jacob was amazing!
