I was about to travel quite a distance to purchase at another dealer when I reached out to Germaine. Not only did they match the deal but they beat it! I was there no more than 1.5 hours and left in my first Subaru! Great price, service, and no stress! Clay, my salesman, was a pleasure to deal with!

I bought a used Mazda from Germain Hyundai and just took it in for an oil change last week to the Automall service area. They suggested a brake flush at that time so we paid the extra to have that done. The very next day- the brake system completely freaked out and warning lights came on while driving it. Only two miles from home, I quickly turned around. Let the service department know and they sent a tow truck that next day. That was Friday afternoon. We are now on Sunday of a holiday weekend and no word on the status of the vehicle. Not thrilled with this situation at all.
I had originally left a 5 star review for our salesman Nate- who was wonderful. Don’t think I can recommend the service though. Hopefully we hear something soon and they make this right.

This review is just for THIS dealership and no others.
Although my salesman was great (they always are), it's their lack of knowing how to deal with bankruptcies that created a problem for me. Don't send me flyers saying you know what you're doing...and you don't. The 2 stars was for the salesman. Otherwise, it would have been a 1.
