I bought a quick-connection compression tester today. I tested it on 3 engines and they all read 15 psi. Since that seems unlikely and more likely that the tester is garbage, I returned it only to be charged a 20% restocking fee for the privilege.
Previously I'd roll the dice on harbor freight because if it doesn't work at least I can return it. Now I can't even rely on that organization to maintain even that low of a bar of accountability.
I have zero trust in their products and zero trust in their policies. You lost a customer.
I also filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General.

HORRIBLE ! You would think they could hire someone intelligent enough to be able to ACCURATELY state if something is in stocks or not. Wasted 3 different trips because online says " limited stock " , which actually means we have display models but nothing available for sale. Ridiculous. I'm going to spend a little more $$ to buy on Amazon but will save in the long run because I will actually have what I want without wasting lots of time and gas. Good going helping Jeff and contributing to the decline of brick and mortar stores. 5 stars for ignorance and none for service.

Typical harbor freight... A bit dirty, a bit understaffed, half of it's junk, the other half is actually decent tools.
The real difficulty with this location is finding things, it is not very well organized and difficult to find what you're looking for.

Usually my first stop when I need power tools on the cheap.
If I know I need a tool quickly and it's not a top concern that it lasts 20 year due to its price, I come here.
Besides - everyone is friendly and helpful.
