Yesterday I bought a generator and it didn’t work, that’s why I wanted to return it and they didn’t accept it, I won’t buy anything from this store again and I don’t recommend it to people because there are many stores that will accept the product back.

This place is a hidden gem on the far west side! In a day and age of HORRIBLE customer service throughout every industry; the employees here are a breath of fresh air and should be acknowledged for how well they handle customers! I will always send people to this store due to the polite, knowledgeable, patient and kind customer service! I’ve never had a bad experience here while interacting with staff in the 15+ times I’ve shopped at this location. That alone is worth a 5 star review these days! Kudos!!!
