Maintenance Repairs: I Putin an order to repair my cupboard, the shelf had fallen. My garbage disposal wasn’t working and my sliding door to the patio was hard to open. John, came right in and fixed all of the issues in less than an half hour. I was impressed! Wonderful job! Thanks so much!

Been living here for almost 7 years and can't wait to move. Refuse to do any maintenance to the outdoor screen area freshen up anything let alone clean the carpet. The amount I pay monthly keep going up and I even offered the paint behind the stove if they supply the paint and they wouldn't do it. And the amount of rent I pay I can live a lot nicer. I will never rent from this company again and will not recommended to anyone.

This is a Horrible Non Communication 55 & up Bldg. I’ve been trying to get n this place since I was 55 yrs old now I am 62yrs old. The first time I filled out a application at 55 the lady was very nice I do not remember her name she told me then they were changing hands I guess owners not sure what she meant. I filled out application anyway a year went by no call nor answer. At 57 I tried again the white guy set up Appt for me to come n and fill out App I did he lied and said they had an apt because a lady showed me a Nasty look like rat ? infested kitchen all that damn old wooden shelves n it and the carpet was filthy I looked out at that in closed porch an said oh hell naww that’s were the mice n chimpmonks coming in from. The entire inside and outside needs to be torn down and rebuilt. CODE ENFORCEMENT and the City needs ti be called. This place needs ti be shut down. Back then the rent was $679-795 somewhere around there now their begging for over $1,000 the carpet and soon as u enter makes u wanna throw up smells like a old folk nursing home. There just taking ppls monies at HAMPTON WOODS. Will somebody help this place tear it down and Rebuild get all those apartments away from the ground from Rodents coming in. Nasty n not good for the Seniors I recently moved in a brand new Very Clean n Nice very Spacious Apts new Exercise Equipment , brand new washers n dryers in each unit, it’s worth every bit of what I pay ?. Very Beautiful the only thing I don’t understand WHY ARE THEY BLDG SENIOR BLDGS N BAD NEIGHBORHOODS NOT GOOD SAFETY FOR SENIORS.

I just moved into Hampton Woods. The office/property manager, Chad Smith, has been such a wonderful, helpful and pleasant person to deal with! He is such a bright spot compared to the place I moved from. Everyone I’ve met so far here has had nothing but positive things to say about Chad. When I first came to look at Hampton Woods, every resident who saw Chad while he was showing me around, stopped to chat and Chad was so familiar and pleasant to them. That told me a lot about his relationship with the residents. I also noticed residents sitting together and having fun in the community room. I loved that! So, between Chad and the residents, that’s why I chose to move to Hampton Woods! I’m so happy to be here! I hope Chad stays here for a long time! I know I can count on him…and that means everything to me! Thank you, Chad!!

I want to say thank you to the staff at Hampton woods for making me feel welcome from day one. Especially Chad the property manager and Jasper the maintenance tech. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my new apartment, which was very clean and in great working order except for the heat, which was fixed very quickly.This is a very nice and quiet place to live and I'd highly recommend it.

I love living here and I like the staff because they are so nice and helpful when you need them. I love coming out to the Community room to see everyone one there. It alway a happy place to be. If it was not for this place I didn’t know where I would have gone after my husband passed. Thank you all for making me feel at home.
