Me and my grandma Decided to go in to buy a lovely heart pendant bracelet as a gift to myself for hitting a financial and personal milestone. Was nervous to go into a designer store for the first time, as I had read bad things and I wasn’t dressed for the occasion (we were traveling and TIRED!) however, when we walked in we were greeted by the sweetest (and stylish) gentleman named Jacob. The store was also beautiful and well maintained. He answered our questions and helped me find the bracelet. My size wasn’t available, however he helped us place an order for the correct size. Jacob was very gentle yet professional with his tone. I felt very comfortable and welcomed through his service. Thanks a bunch Jacob for giving me and my nana a memorable, professional, and kind experience as a first time designer shopper!!! 🫶- Emarie

When dropping 3k+ at a retail store, I expect to at least be greeted at the door. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service at this location. Staff was dismissive and unhelpful, making the shopping experience unpleasant. I had to break up a conversation of 5 sales associates to get help in an otherwise empty store. Would not recommend this store to anyone seeking quality service along with their luxury purchase.

I can’t imagine anyone not feeling welcome in this store. My experience every time I visit has been nothing shy of perfect. Everyone treats the guest special. Chase has been my sales associate and highly recommend as he is very knowledgeable helpful and will do whatever he can to accommodate the customers wants and needs.

The customer service at this store is a disgrace. The manager with the horrible botox and lip fillers needs to remember that she is an employee of the store. No idea where her smug attitude comes from, it is definitely not deserved.

I purchased a handbag here and found out days later that they won't take used bags back and refund your purchase. They do not inform customers of their no return policy up front. Had I known about it prior to my purchase, I would not have bought it. Gucci should, at the very least, inform customers about their return policy prior to any purchase. Due to this, I cannot recommend that you buy any Gucci product. Color me very unhappy about my purchase!

Didn't catch her name but the lady with terrible veneers is absolutely miserable and terrible to work with. Recently bought a bring with another associate, chase who was extremely wonderful but went to make an exchange and told me I couldn't bc I didn't have the box....

I've been treated better while buying a 4fa4 from Wendy's lol. When you come to places like this, I definitely expect a higher quality of customer service for the amount of money that is being spent. The lady I dealt with was sort of dismissive and bothered by my presence...even though I already knew what I was coming in for. I guess it'll be an online order for me next time, no commission for you next time...if there is a next time...
