On June 10th I brought my Kia Sorento into have it looked at. I was assigned to work with Spencer Ashbaugh as my service advisor. I have to say Spencer seems like a nice gentleman but overall this was a horrible and upsetting experience. When I dropped my car off, Spencer told me they would call me that day to let me know what they found. Well the entire day passed, no call. So at about 4:30 pm I called and talked to Spencer. He told me what needed to be fixed and that they wanted to perform more diagnostic work. He also mentioned to call him if I had any more questions. Well, as soon as we hung up, I called right back to ask him about the cost of the additional diagnostic work they wanted to perform (he didn't give me this info earlier). I only got his voice mail. I left a message but never hear back. So, I called back on Tuesday. No answer. I left a second message. Did not hear back. So I called him on Wednesday. No answer. Left him 2 messages. He never called back. So I called him Thursday. Left message. Never heard back...You get the point. I even tried calling and talking to someone else, but they always just said I had to talk to Spencer. Finally talked to a Sam in the service department and he gave me the additional cost to do the further diagnostic work. I left several more messages with Spencer. Finally got a hold of him Friday evening, but he said it was too late to pick up my car. I finally got me car the following Monday. SOOO painful to work with you guys. I ended up buying a new Kia Sportage the next week, but made sure it wasn't from your dealership. Thank you.

Overall it was a good experience. Their free shuttle service is nice, I had to wait about 20 minutes but it was better than waiting around all day.
My only complaint is i was told an oil change would be a 30-45 minute wait when I booked the appointment on the phone. I was very intentional to ask about this as I had somewhere to be. When I arrived to drop off my car the guy helping me said it would be about an hour and a half and that that is a pretty standard wait time. It’s fine that it takes that long, it just would have been nice if that was communicated to me.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation and they proactively told me about and serviced my vehicle recall notices.

My advisor was polite and understanding but, over all I was not properly updated on the progress of my vehicle as my vehicle had been in the shop for a month for a catalytic repair and recall. Most of the time was due to the unprofessional warranty company i was told several different days my was would be finished and it wasn’t then I called service manager with no call back and when my car was finished with the repairs I did not get a call that it was finished so it sat for and additional 2 days.

Scheduling was easy, waiting room pleasant but very disappointed they took away the complimentary water. It is such a simple, cheap way to greet a customer after all the money we spend there.

One of the best experience ever. Took my 2011 kia in for recall.Had a very nice conversation with the service advisor Sam. I was very impressed with his knowledge of all service needs.I was very impressed with all the employees that I came in contact with. Never have I been so impressed with a dealership.

Christian typically takes care of me but this time Thanyne took care of me and I’ll say this far these 2 have been the greatest.
