There is no communication with u and the dealership. My car has been there two week and hears nothing!! I have call and get no return calls !! Please find a different dealership . This place doesn't care about u and your car !! They are all about Tempe money !!

The worst dealership in the Columbus area. I have spent 3 days leaving messages and no return calls at all. Can you imagine having your vehicle in for service and not being able to get a status at all. It appears all this dealership is interested in is collecting money and not providing service at all.

Do not buy a car here. They lied about the cost of their vehicle protection plan, damaged the upholstery on the seat during our first oil change and then accused us of scamming them when we asked them to clean the damaged seat. I'd give them negative stars is that was an option
