The stylist I had, had zero customer service skills. She was rude, would not talk and was mad that I was trying to carry on a conversation! Also, I'm sorry, but she needs to invest in some deodorant! Her odor is offensive. She needs to consider a different career.

Kacie, who is always personable, has cut my hair the last 3 times and does a great job (as do the others who've cut my hair)!And, I like the being able to check in online (with text updates). I usually walk in with little or no wait. Thanks... Ray

Amy, the Manager here, is fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable about the transition state of my hair. Great cut! And her friendliness and customer service is warm and fun. Love her. Highly recommend.

I wish there was a zero star option.Rude, rough, and painful, experience. I go there once a month or more… I DID…..This store has gotten worse and worse every visit over the last year or so. I regret being patient and accepting lousy service in todays ‘new normal’Terrible haircut but my scalp and ears hurt SO bad I didn’t care to have it fixed. I’ll go to NorthPoint location tomorrow OR more than likely Sport Clips and spend the extra time and money. AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!!

You get what you paid for. I didn’t know how much it was and what it’s like, quality wise, over there, but won’t be back anymore. I’d rather pay double to get something more “white glove”. The job was quick (15min?) and not detailed/refined. It’s just a “cut”. But yeah, $20 just gets you that.
