I went multiple times But today I was with someone and she destroyed my hair, I brought her pic of what I wanted and I cried when I saw what the end results were! I have hair below my hip and it is super long she cut half of it and the shape of the hair is ridiculous! The lady who did my hair didn’t even ask me a question on how much i want my hair to be chopped though i mentioned and showed a reference picture and 1 inch length! This service was ridiculous!

I went multiple times there. Jennifer was absolutely great. But today I was with Jessica red haired one and she destroyed my hair, I brought her pic of what I wanted and I cried when I saw what she did. Another girl smoothed it out but took more length of. I am going to leave pic of what I wanted and what this Jessica actually did here. She is super uneducated, as she called herself, stylist.

Today my hair dresser was amber. She was very nice. Excellent customer service. Great styling and cutting skills. I would recommend her 100%. However, when i reached there one of the employees didn't look like she wants to receive any customers. She sounded a bit rude. I guess she was having a bad day

Waited for 40+ minutes after receiving the 15 minute update text message. Listened to the one stylist (with curly hair that was colored on one side) bad mouth another stylist to a customer and excited yell about clearing everyone out of the waiting area while I was still there. She then proceeded to clean her area and go into the back to hang out with the stylist who was coming in for her 12pm start time. After five minutes of her not coming back to the front, I left without getting my hair cut and won’t be going back. While I never interacted with her directly, the blonde stylist seemed nice, professional, and very skilled.

I love the website and the ability to schedule your haircut and not have to waste a lot of time waiting but I definitely wish that Great Clips would give out more coupons to their customers!

Only waited about two minutes since I made an appointment using their app. Person who cut my hair was very professional and helped me by giving me ideas about a new cut I wanted. It looked great when finished. Also she showed me how I could use a product they have in my new cut.

Go to superclips, most uneven haircut I've had in my 30 years of life. Gave it two chances, nope, I don't think they even have licenses, or went to the same cheap cosmetology school. Give everyone the same fade extremely low, and start arguing when you tell em to go higher.

Zero wait time, middle of the day, 3 separate employees looked at my hair before i left... and I'm still looking at 20 hairs on the top of my head that they missed. I was turned away from the mirror during the whole cut which was bizarre, but I trusted the stylist to at least get the easy part on top of my head done. I'd go back to get it fixed but they seemed to all want me out of there even though they weren't busy at all.Service: Haircut
