Always on point, and they are all very nice. Been coming here for years, rarely any problems. The stylist here are always willing to listen to specific needs for any cut and they treat you like family as it should be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location! Inside renovation is nice too!

not a bad haircut but did not listen to what i wanted. did not want the front touched, touched the front. shaved parts in the back even though the image i showed didn’t have it. if you don’t care about the specifics of the cut its a fine place but if you’re nitpicky its probably best to go somewhere else

April 2024: I got a haircut today from some brunette lady and it SUCKED! One side of the top of my head is longer than the other, my fade is crooked. She didn’t even dry my hair before I left. She spent less than 8 minutes on my head. Never going back
Follow up 6/17/24: still got no word back from great clips. They commented on this review asking for me to reach out. I reached out multiple times, and they never responded. This great clips is a waste of time and money. If you like a job done terrible and cheap, this is the place for you

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming to this location. Ugh...... I was pretty excited for my hair cut as I was getting some length off and getting ready for summer. It's not even at all. One side is longer than the other so now I will have to pay again to have it fixed. I feel great clips already has a bad rep. This visit just proved you don't care who you hire. Someone with a cosmetology license to cut hair should absolutely be able to cut someone's hair even.

Wish I would have looked at reviews before getting my hair cut. Looks like she put a bowl on my head to cut it. Not happy at all !! Didn't even ask me how I wanted my hair cut just started cutting, I told her the notes were wrong! She's to busy hollering down the isle not listening. Let alone she's wiping her nose on her finger and continued to cut my hair. Now I'm going somewhere else to try and get fixed thanks screwing up my hair and my day.

I got my hair cut by Emily, after a year of growing it out, and she did a fantastic job. Even with as busy as the place was, and with me unsure how much I wanted cut, they stayed on top of everything and kept a good conversation going.

Absolutely destroyed my hair. Half the spots are longer than other pieces, shaved WAAAYYYY more than what I asked... I had to literally shave my whole head and restart. Will not be going back. I had positive experiences before today but yeah... no.

I had a bad experience at this Great Clips. It took me over 30 min to wait and my barber made a terrible haircut for me. Anyway, they served friendly and this place was clean.

Not sure what it takes to stop cutting every guys hair the same. “Don’t take barely anything off the top”…, yet continues to instantly comp off 1/2” or more? STOP doing it.

I've been going to Great Clips at Grandview Heights since 2021. Brianna is a great stylist. She's friendly and makes my bi-monthly visits very pleasant. I've not had anyone else cut my hair at this location though. Very affordable as well, considering the stylists at salon loft next to my apartment charges around $30 & up for a men's hair cut!

I love Brianna! She is a great stylist and listened to what I wanted. I can't say enough! I see some of the negative reviews and have to say my experience is always good. I get a ton of compliments and people think I spend big bucks!
