Graystone is a private banquet facility located in the limestone vaults of the historic 1875 Schlee Bavarian Brewery. We host parties ranging in size from 25 to 96, including wedding receptions and ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, holiday parties, birthdays, retirement parties, and anniversaries.
Our pricing is straightforward, with no rental fees or other fees when we are providing the catering and gratuity is included in all prices, with only state sales tax being added to any price. Table linens, chairs and tables, china and glassware are all included. Facility rental only, without catering, is also available.
