We loved this venue for our cozy and intimate wedding. We received so many compliments on how unique the facility was and the food was delicious. Brian was very responsive to answering our many questions during the planning process. The pricing is also extremely reasonable. Very nice!

Graystone is a private banquet facility located in the limestone vaults of the historic 1875 Schlee Bavarian Brewery. We host parties ranging in size from 25 to 96, including wedding receptions and ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, holiday parties, birthdays, retirement parties, and anniversaries. Our pricing is straightforward, with no rental fees or other fees when we are providing the catering and gratuity is included in all prices, with only state sales tax being added to any price. Table linens, chairs and tables, china and glassware are all included. Facility rental only, without catering, is also available.
