Rude. Was told I could not park here and threatened with towing, even though they were closing in 5 minutes. This is not friendly to the other LOCALLY OWNED businesses that run out of parking after their business hours. I will no longer donate to Goodwill

Dropped off donations here before and was greeted very nicely. But came back today to the attendant *yelling* at me to leave my stuff in the bin outside.

I would not recommend the good will by the pound at this point . there are grown men in there fighting and making threats on a daily basis . there have been issues of people being pressured out of there by regulars that are trying to make sure there is not competition

I have been coming here often the past few months as I worked on decluttering. Attendants come out to your car with cart to help you and the receipts are self serve. Great donation experience every time. They do close during lunch hours.

I love good will but don't recommend the Gahanna store at this time they are playing with the customers in prices kids tees have always been 99 cents unless half off and to have a stung out woman not know from one week to the next what her store prices are is annoying and comes at the cost of good customers.

Seamless experience dropping items off at this Goodwill. This is not the location I normally use and I didn't know what to expect. I initially thought they needed to be carried inside but a customer service rep. promptly greeted us with a rolling cart. We filled up the bin and she brought it inside afterwards! Very easy process and friendly staff- would recommend. :)

They dont pay employees fairly! They bring personal issues to work! They will cheat you out of your money! They dont follow government mandate and does not care about employees or other customers safety and well being. They are a very dysfunctional company.
