We went to have a mat cut for an odd sized piece of art. The frame had been bought second hand at a thrift store and so we brought both pieces in for the mat to be measured and cut. We received incredible service and the staff was all incredibly friendly. The job was done well and quickly. I can not recommend them enough!

Victor was a great help introducing me to the store. Finding everything that I was looking for. The store is well sorted. Without him I probably wouldn’t have found the items I was looking for due to limited time shopping.

I cannot find a pair of men's Levi's jeans because the employees of this store let this male Asian kid go through everything they have, every day, before any other customers have access to any of it. Then he sells it all on eBay. It's ridiculous. Hey goodwill corporate, you guys know this is happening?

The employees are so bad that they do not help the people who come there and when they want to change in the cabin, they say that there is no key and when they want to go to the toilet, they say that there is no key and they make people hate coming to such places and they need to change. Some people have to work there constantly. and we have to wait 10-15 minutes to pay in line as if they don't want us to buy anything from there. I think they just don't do the work they should do and don't respect people. And they are very disrespectful, a place you should never go to.

I've been here a few times and have found some great finds, but considering that there are many other, much better thrifting locations in Columbus, coupled with consistent rude interactions with staff, I doubt I will be back. This location is very poorly organized, with sizes listed on the racks that don't match half of the items actually on it. When I've asked an employee to unlock a dressing room or have arrived at a register to check-out, more than half the time, they have acted exasperated and bothered, even if they are not actively doing anything. The worst interaction that was yesterday. I was checking out, and another customer lined up behind me to check out after. I thought nothing of it, until the employee ringing me up glared at the customer behind me and said, "You need to go all the way back there." She waved her hand vaguely but didn't give much indication of where "all the way back there" is. The customer was clearly confused but backed up down the path, at least 6 feet further away. The employee put down my items and looked at the customer like she was stupid but didn't say anything. The customer, clearly flustered and not trying to bother anyone, said something like, "Do you want me to go further? To this other register?" The employee rudely said, "Does it look like anyone is at that register?", shook her head in annoyance, and said, "G*dd*mn" as the customer backed further away in embarrassment. So so incredibly rude to the customer, who did absolutely nothing wrong and responded to all the employee's demands with an embarrassed smile. This employee was the only one I noticed wearing a neon vest, and she does not belong around any human customer. I never wish this upon anyone, but I truly hope she is fired and realizes how horrible her conduct was.

the selection of clothes is nice here i found a bunch of things the last time i went! but i believe the store's cleanliness could be better?

I give every place 3 strikes. I tried to them the benefit of the doubt twice. The place stinks. The fitting room and restrooms are always locked. Staff made me feel hated and unwanted. I told them I was going to the car (forgot my wallet) and returned to see they had put my 3 items back on shelf 1 of which had the Angel wings pulled off out of spite I guess? Large selection. Because of nice people donating and what for? So these people can make a free buck charging you for free stuff. Goodwill... what do you offer? Free work readiness classes? Wrong they say free until you try to enroll. Badwill is more like it to me. Buy you can find some winning items in there. But I still avoid the store. If that says anything.

Sometimes you can find some good stuff there but I was turned off by finding a picture I was excited about with a sticker price of only $1.99 and when I went up to pay the cashier peeled off the price & said she would only sell it for $6.99. I thought it was weird for her to change the price.

A great Goodwill has various selections, like clothes, furniture, and plates and bowls. Clean place and great service.

Nice clean well decorated store. Love shopping for great deals. People who work there are very kind and friendly. I enjoyed the visit and bought some unique items. Great store in which to shop
