As a current employee of good will I can say that the ceo dose not care about employees and there are some changes that need to be made like pay every week
And fix the clock in and out system and give us better pay and fix the dress code policy to accommodate the employees.

Most of the stores are priced too high. A $ Tree item priced at 2.99, over the $ Tree price sticker. Rumor they have coupled with Walmart and are no longer a charity organization. My advice donate your goods to independent stores. Another greedy corporation.

I recently (06/19/2023) went to the Goodwill store on Morse Road in Columbus. My bill came to 18 dollars. I handed the male clerk $50 dollar bill. I donated one dollar to there charity he gave me 1$ back and when I questioned him about the balance of my funds he insisted that I gave him a $20. I had no $20 on me at the time. I did not want to escalate the matter. If I ever return to a Goodwill store I will use a debit card as I don't trust your clerks to be HONEST.

I've been a loyal customer at Mt Gilead store for 2 years. Yes I'm a reseller and have noticed prices going up quite a bit since the new stickers and cameras have been installed. Just put that down to inflation until last night 2 / 09 / 2023 at 6;05 pm. I walked by another customer and they had some really nice usually priced high quality / vintage kids toys. When I saw the price stickers I almost lost it. Everything I could see was marked 1.99. these are Items that many resellers even myself would have gladly paid $20.00 maybe a little more. When these ladies went to cash out the manager came in from out back, sent the cashier that was working away and checked these customers out personally. It would be very easy for a loss / prevention person to look at their own cameras and receipts to verify this.

Several employees shop at work at goodwill dublin oh, especially the ones work at donation. They set aside great items for themselves. When I called goodwill Columbus headquarter to make a complaint, the receptionist told me I should not assume that's the case and hung up on me. Do not support goodwill!

The Goodwill location on Brice Rd. has bins where people can fill up carts and the payment is by weight. This place is overcharging and ripping people off. If you have a heavy item like electronic, vacuum, CD, pictures, home decor, etc... it makes the cart weigh heavier and the cost(s) are ridiculous. I took a homeless friend who recently found a place, one day and the employee said she would take 1/2 off for the heavy items and the price was reasonable. We returned the next day and an alternate employee refused to discount the heavy items noting, they must be over 5lbs. the total bill was over $156 and the items that were household, electronics, inclusive of not limited to pictures, vacuum, planters, toys, shoes, etc were the higher weight. and no discount provided. Depending on the employee, they just make up policies off the top of their head and do whatever they want. This place is NOT serving vulnerable populations and charging high prices for donated items. Much of the items in the bins are junk/trash, broken, inoperable items. There was broken glass in one bin! Also, the employees talk to the consumers very rude and yell, "MOVE MOVE MOVE, GET OUT THE WAY!!!" One employee yelled at a woman's child to "GET OUT MY WAY!" I am going in again and video and post it on all social media platforms. I suggest this corporate office call an emergency meeting and alert the unprofessional, tactless, nasty employees that there will be a secret shopper recording at any point now with plans to bring public awareness of the wrongdoings going on here. Think I will go in today.By the way, they never have carts and had out bags because the employees have the carts full of junk lined up along the back wall where they sit and gossip about other employees, cussing and all. Well candid camera will be coming to a location near you-wait on it!

I was a regular shopper locally for years and ten years ago or more a employee thought I was sterling a wallet because I set it in my cart on top of my purse and turned around to go farther back into the store she grabbed my cart called the manager the manager didn't do anything I was still in the store but that other employee didn't like me so she won't let me back in I am sick now and I want to clear this up so I can go back in there and not be unjustly punished for what was never did I let it go for all this time not worth fighting for until now
