Take gloves with you cause it is a little dirty. It is cheap and you can get good deals. It is a hit or miss, but is always good to check.

Goodwill has lost their way! The markup is 300% or 400% and higher on many products you can purchase at Walmart or Dollar Tree, etc. How can you take an item donated for free and charge unbelievably high prices and still call your business Goodwill? They should be ashamed! I will no longer shop there or donate to them! I would rather throw stuff away than give it to them. I'm glad there are still charities that operate with integrity, they will receive my donations and business. Please stop supporting a business that is borderline illegal and definitely unethical!

1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T PUT ZERO .. Bought item ( Coach tote bag) online. There was no description other than Coach handbag, light wear, may need cleaning, and fair to good condition. Item received was SEVERELY DAMAGED The one strap is literally almost cut in 1/2!!! It was not the size I expected as there were no dimensions ...Ok my fault shoulda asked I would just keep it or given it to a friend if that were the only issue.. But it wasn't.. So I emailed this goodwill as it was their item through the website and was basically told sucks to be me. Then I go back to the listing and THEY ADDED THE DIMENSIONS AFTER I COMPLAINED !!! The numbered photos are from the listing and the unnumbered one is mine. I feel completely defrauded ... THEY NEED TO ACCURATELY DESCRIBE DAMAGE ( Only pics not added from the listing are the inside as it is as described in pics ) Numbered pics are from the listing, not numbered are of actual item.

We visit often from out of state, and always make a point to visit this store because we loved the cleanliness, the roominess, and the fact that in this outlet (unlike some of the others) people are not crawling all over each other clawing, throwing, etc. BUT….. sadly…. We came this past weekend, and it was a free for all in there. Tons of kids were running all over without parents or any supervision at all enjoying obviously breaking things and throwing things at each other. The bins themselves were basic dumpsters with piles of trash mainly. Perhaps the worst thing to abide though was about 20 older teenagers just hanging out in there, being so incredibly loud and obnoxious- pushing each other, squealing, laughing way too loud, grabbing stuff out of the bins and playing with it obscenely, just menacing and meandering around getting in everyone’s way and positively not shopping or buying a single thing. While we were there almost 2 hours- they were there- and not one word was ever said to these teenagers by anyone. They darted in and out of the store partying in the parking lot when not intimidating everyone in the store . We aren’t going back to this store. If the management cares more about providing a place for bad teenagers to wreak havoc rather than accomplishing what they claim is their mission, then I want none of it.

The regular goodwill store itself is small. The outlet has lots of bins you pick through and pay by weight. I love thrift shops, but this was took much for me

It was okay. Decent selection of clothes in both the retail store and bins, but there weren’t many household items. There were some good books in the bins, mostly children’s though. It’s not worth a long drive, but if you’re in the area there’s no harm in checking it out.

Very interesting Goodwill! You have one side where you can search through blue bins. A lot of resellers come here. They have anything from clothes , cd’s , dvd’s , books , and other essential items. The building is very unique and used to be a Meijer grocery store!

if you are new, make sure they ring up the correct items you have if you're using a tote bag. books are .59 cents per lb, but i was charged 1.99. i guess they thought i had clothing in it. i was shorted $17. i didn't know they couldn't refund me, so i drove back there the next day and found out i couldn't get my $ back. the manager was incredibly understanding and nice about it though and she gave me an excellent discount.
