Pretty good spot for a quick car wash but missed a spot where snow was stuck in the wheel weather cover. I called to ask for a redo just to make sure it’s clean all the way after all I am paying for a car wash but no she said. Once you leave the property it’s over. Even though I was literally inches away. Funny people I guess. ?♂️?♂️

If I could give this business negative stars I would. The only reason that they get one star is because I couldn’t leave a review otherwise. I stopped in just to get the outside of my car cleaned. I waited in line for about 20 minutes which was no problem but relevant to what happened next. I ordered just the outside service and went into the building to pay and wait. After about 20 more minutes my car finally came through and they pulled it into their garage without saying why. They guy backs it out and pulled into the finishing area and comes up to me to say that my tire was flat before they pulled it into the wash. He put air into it and and said that it was leaking fast and then walked away. My mistake was that I didn’t have time to investigate further and left. I went immediately to the gas station on the corner because I had to put more air in the tire. It was leaking that fast! I went straight to my mechanics place and the tire could not be fixed. I called the next day and spoke with Danny the manager and he was nasty and agitated that I had called. I had to tell him to lose the hostility. I got Dan, the owner’s name and waited to call back. When I spoke with Dan the owner, he started yelling and screaming that he was going to take his manager’s word and that he wasn’t going to pay for any tire. I tried to explained that I had coverage on the tire and all I wanted was for him to split the prorated amount. He again screamed that he wasn’t going to pay for any tire! I hung up. They were both rude and condescending. I drive into the lot with 4 good tires and drove off with 3. A $12 car wash ended up costing me more than $250! I wouldn’t go to this place again if they were giving out free money with each wash. Danny the “manager” has a lot to learn about customer service and Dan the “owner” needs to sell the place and go into anger management. They suck!!!!

Tried to stop in before they close. the manager was outside yelling at me and his employees"STOP JACKING AROUND AND GET IT DONE".. I just told them not to worry about it and left. Very strange and won't ever go back.

This is my favorite carwash and one of the only places around me that still hand clean including vaccum, cleaning windows inside and out and under the car also. I never have to wait long and they are always friendly. Prices are fair as well.

Called to set up an appointment to have my car upholstery cleaned. The guy stated he had 3 people call off and asked if I could come the next day at 9am. I showed up at 9am was greeted by some kid with an attitude that stated “we had people that didn’t show so we can’t do that today.” Tried speaking with the manager / owner, they couldn’t care less how customers are treated. What a crappy way to run a business, either hire more reliable people or don’t offer services you can’t provide!
