If I could leave 0 stars I would. GNC as a whole has become pretty bad for years but this store is always terrible. The older lady who "works" here is either leaving the store to take a break or is on her phone speaking in Russian to someone. No help is ever given, nor would I want any because she clearly has no idea about any products there anyway. Officially will not come back after 3 times of leaving with nothing.

Wanted to pop by on my way home (on a Sunday) to grab something and tried to in at 5:45, only to see the lights off and the doors locked shut. They close at 6PM on Sundays, as listed on Google and their front door.

Middle aged woman with heavy European accent, not very polite. She wanted me to scan my own items, and bag my own items. Very weird, she was dismissive and simultaneously pushy. Customer service is not her calling.

They randomly close even though their door says they’re open, they NEVER answer the phones, their stuff is more expensive than other locations and they have like no stock. Not to mention the lady is super pushy and rude. I went to the one at Lewis center afterwards because polaris didn’t have what I wanted. The Lewis center store has everything and more products and even lines that I’ve never even seen at other GNC. Not to mention, my usual is literally HALF the price as Polaris. I’ll never go back. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 2 miles for your supplements.

So today is Friday and I got here a little bit after six. I'm just really confused as to why the store is closed? Online it says the store is still open, there was no "closed" sign on the door and the sign stating the open-close times was posted in the window. I took a picture of it. Yet, the lights are off and the door is locked. Why did I waste my time coming here?

Incredibly rude. Neither staff member greeted me or even looked at me when I walked in, nor did they offer to help me find anything as I wandered around the store, obviously in search of something. They didn't even have the product I needed, and from my looking at the shelves, the overall selection of products was poor. I wonder how this place is in business.

Great service. Walked in looking for a specific product and the staff was friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. Helped me find it without hesitation and had good suggestions for other products I was considering. Place is clean as can be and we’ll stocked.

My first time visiting a GNC and while they didn't end up having what I was looking for in stock, the sales rep was more than courteous and accommodating to place an order for the supplement for them to have shipped to me directly.Yes, I will have to wait a few more days, but I feel that was worth it for the efforts made to ensure I get what I wish. A+ customer service in my book.

Picked up some Leucine today at GNC.I've lived all over the United States and Jordan's customer service was spot on - conversational, knowledgeable, personable, and honest.Definitely recommend this GNC.
