Normally they give really good service. But I had surgery and not allowed to walk on my foot. So I asked them to get me some pepto. They said they couldn't do that. Nice service their Giant eagle.

The pharmacists here are really top notch. They do a great job of managing patient well-being and making sure changes and risks are understood. (Sometimes people in the drive through lane can be real jerks though.)

What a phenomenal pharmacy! The pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are very friendly and patient. They have great discounts on GoodRx (better than all competing pharmacies). Best experience I’ve had with a pharmacy in the area.

I regularly pick up prescriptions at this location. There is usually not a long wait in the outside pick up window or inside. They are always pleasant and make sure I don’t have any questions. In some situations, they make sure I know important information without having to ask. The only thing I do not like is they do not ask for birthday before they pull up the medications. For personal security reasons, I would like them to confirm birthday before they give information about what medications they have for you.

When I come to the pharmacy I always feel cared about. They always make sure I understand how to take the medication and I'm always asked if I have any questions.

I moved 25 mins away from this Giant Eagle and I still insist of filling my prescriptions here because of how great the pharmacy staff is.

I will give this store only a three stars because this is just a average grocery store. Yes, they sometimes do have expired stuff on the shelf, just like other stores. Yes, they sometimes do a lot of things looks nasty. However, I do think the manager Doug is someone that make the store outshine the other stores in some point. He is the most unassuming and friendly grocery store manager I have ever seen. He is always rushing to where he can help, even it is something that is not a duty for a manager, like helping package items for self check out. I think he worth a extra star!

Giant Eagle is my favorite Grocery chain. I like getting to know the Butchers because they always prepare and package their Lamb products correctly. Plus Giant sells the BEST lamb, which is one of my most favorite meat variety.
